i would suggest get the geiger counters out and give them to protesters to wave around to see what 'clicks'...they will probably not step on to the pavement or drive in their cars anymore...
there needs to be physical demonstration. This would be more pro-active and interactive with the community, since even the report from the IAEA will be viewed with suspicion in anycase.
