It all comes down to whether or not the interference (taking its rightful running) cost the affected horse victory. In other words, would it have won without the interference!! It doesn't matter whether it's a nose margin or say 4 lengths or in between. The basic question is: without the interference, would the affected horse beaten the affecting horse home?
The clear answer to that question here is "YES".
Straws is not talking through his pocket. It's a clear objective assessment!! Only you and the stewards and one poster out of 37 on racenet think it should have been dismissed.
