If you knew anything at all about thoroughbred racing, you would know that every protest is reviewed on a case by case basis.
It is not Harness Racing where you only have to finish withing 2.5 metres and you will automatically win the race on protest. It is thoroughbred racing and the rules are different. Perhaps you and Straws should learn them so you won't have to talk through your pockets at 15 year intervals????

LOL! Clueless!! I had my first racehorse bet in 1957 as youngster and have been betting ever since. I have bred, and raced too, for decades. It's in my blood.
I remember straws' horse racing!
