Am interested in posters views on what level of risk this poses to the LAMP going ahead.
I had assumed the risk was low because in the announcement of the Sojitz partnership with Lynas it said Sojitz had conducted extensive due diligence. Therefore thought they would have assessed the risk of the LAMP not going ahead and concluded it was low probability.
Similarly there was an over subscription to the JP Morgan capital raise- would have thought the underwriter would have assessed the risk of the LAMP not going ahead as part of their due diligence.
Am interested in peoples views on this
