The trade for me is in speculating this will occur in the same period as Cuba gets drilled. MAY don't need the embargo to be lifted to drill, the 2 wells are already booked in Q4. However it would be of huge benefit if between now and into early 2022 the embargo is lifted or relaxed.
I suspect this motion is only going to get bigger and snowball effect in the USA. If Bloomberg are starting to give it coverage and speak favorably on the subject, you know it runs much deeper.
