NOXCOVID is now listed on clinicaltrials.gov

This listing gives a snapshot of the trial, which will be conducted in accordance with a full (unpublished) study protocol.  More detail will typically be added in due course.

40 patients, starts with dose escalation (400/600/800/1200/1800 mg) to confirm maximum tolerated dose, then dose expansion at recommended Part 2 dose.  NOX had previously announced that patients will be treated for 14 days, so the response of each cohort should quickly become evident.  We will need to be immediately informed if there are serious adverse events, so silence is a good sign!
