I know it’s been used in different patients (Prostate) but my point is they’ve already showed dose up to 1200mg was safe if I’ve read correctly
so I’m surprised they could have been more aggressive with their chosen dosing in this Covid trial, imho, speed it up

Slow and steady not ideal in pandemic!

don’t know if enrolment is as easy as you think, we’ll have to see, but comes down to things like how restrictive protocol is, competing Covid trials and as it’s voluntary simple patient decisions like do they want a suppository for 14 straight days.
