    "The option that there is no God is an enticing piece of bait--as it allows us the freedom to play God---- in the absence of a real God!"
    More than a few lining up to play that role.

    I guess that humankind thinks this way because we have a some sort of need to frame everything in our own image. So everything must have an intelligence and purpose behind it even when a brick falls on my toe.



    "In time our lexicon will catch up and once again that God may be partitioned off as something only silly believers accept."
    We are heading that way, in my opinion.

    We already suspect that the total energy/mass in the universe adds up to zero so I guess that the last elephant or turtle is an illusion.
