Yes. However, God and angels are spirits that we can't see, but if we could I wonder what they would look like. Would they be amorphous blobs of energy or would they have form?
One thing that I don’t agree with in the interpretation of the bible is that all the birds, plants and animals are dumb, with no personality or knowledge of right and wrong. I’m sure they are not as sophisticated as us but they have some sophistication.
I don't know what personalities or knowledge of right and wrong plants have, and my weeds stubbornly refuse to follow my strict instructions of where NOT to grow, but some birds and animals are impressively intelligent.
We've seen the videos of crows that can make tools to get to food, and I recall reading a news item several years ago of a guy who suffered a stroke and was lying paralyzed on the floor in the summer heat, and his dog got some clothing from the laundry basket (the only cloth it could find) and soaked it in the toilet bowl (the only source of water it could reach) and took it to the guy and lay it across his mouth so he could get some moisture. The dog went back and forth doing this for several hours, all of the time barking, until help arrived. Putting aside the yuk factor of the toilet water, what an incredible demonstration of animal intelligence that was!
