What was sad most of those fights in the Pilbara or NT were not even over women , so could not even write a song about it.
I got a leg ulcer in Katherine from cement , that took for ever to heal guess because of the humidity , did not get into any fights but witnessed a few at the Pub on the corner of the main street there and in Darwin , some Aborigines' literally drove into the bar , and took on a big guy with a pool que who snapped it and stabbed several of them with it.
Could get a full Pub meal steak and mashed spud meal for $6.50 in 1987 right about the time Crocodile Dundee got released .
