Your bang on. Partners and funding won't materialise until the project is de risked enough to justify energy majors and governments getting involved. We still have feasibility studies and EIS to submit that won't happen until the end of the year. I also do believe the risk of H2Leo will enable it to be commercialised much sooner than the ships themselves, but we won't know until shipyard agreements are disclosed.
