I think it's safe to say iCar Asia has proven its business model in Thailand and Malaysia, and it's only a matter of time before they start turning in big profits.

Indonesia is not quite there yet, but all the signs are very very good.

I was previously expecting a takeover price of around $1.50, but I think the asking price would have gone up from that.
