We had a few more substantials pre the last raising who didn't take up or were not offered shares & thus dropped below the 5% level, perhaps one of them has added. If an existing substantial holder sells or adds 1% or more they must lodge.
Regardless, I'm still enjoying the action. If we get some good news soon, I can only imagine the volume & price action will be colossal.
