As sellers sell down into the apparently thin bid the buyer at 38c keeps rematerialising with another bid, usually for 100k at a time.
At the same time the sell keeps being restocked to keep the pressure on.
Have a look at the Course of Sales for how amazingly effectively these guys are accumulating scrip in what should be a hotly bid stock.
