    That is the general scenario am trying hard to put forward.

    Would be delighted if management stumbles over the line and eventually markets the product.

    But announcing "contract finalisation is imminent" then failing to deliver.
    Repeatedly!
    Indicates lack of management acume!
    Or worse!

    It's the "Or worse" that worries.
