Provide SMSF ABN / TFN to Share Registry

Want to ask a question on providing SMSF's ABN / TFN to share registry such as Computershare, Link etc.

Is it required to provide i) both the TFN and ABN or ii) TFN Only or iii) ABN Only? What are the tax consequences under the three scenarios?
