The cash paid for Shotover was in conjunction with other things (like
board seat, stock etc) and therefore was not at arms length

Secondly, value has been added to it via a discovery of high quality coal
in the northern part of the tenement

So would you please mind telling us all who you really are and disclose your interest so all readers can better understand why you continue to defend an argument which is clearly false and unwinnable...
