not so sure that is the case. spoke with focus and they indicated votwing was in favour but enough concern from shareholders to withdraw options at this point. resolutions WOULD have gone through.

resoltions were put together from an independant review that started quite some time ago and were based on average shareprice at the time of issuing options using an industry standard calculation. if the review had been dome and voted on last year the option price would have been much higher. nothing sinister here, just prices accross all stocks have capitulated and the timing of the agm meant the issue price was calculated on the deflated shareprice over the year

congratulations to the directors for this move. shows maturity and also shows that they are affected by this down turn as much as the rest of us. could have easily taken the options but chose to listen to shareholders, other companies should take note.
