I hope you know what you are doing urging Sh to vote no.
If it goes into liquidation SH get nothing and you are hoping to find something for class action only the SH that go into the class action get anything and if you lose you have to pay the costs according to the number of shares you hold.
It would take about 2 years been there and done that and not worth the risk unless you have concrete proof of illegal action.
You will get more @ 2 cents a share that you will get in a class action.
I do not care which way it goes as the old saying goes with spec stocks only invest what you can afford to lose.
