Most shareholders will have become aware of your activism aimed at exposing important issues of laclustre performance and other inadequacies in the Administration of the Company by the B&D. Although your message has been supported by some who agreed with what you were on about, unfortunately there were others who were as impotent in their apathy and inaction as the B&D had shown themselves to be in failure after failure, and adding no value for shareholders.

The meeting on Friday may play out as an unremarkably final eventuality for Empire.

But, win, lose, or draw, whatever the outcome?

If we get done again, that outcome as unsatisfactory as it will be, will not be for the want of effort on your part.
