That's what Matthew has stated. How would he know that?
The board did mention that they would review paying directors fees, but my belief is this board is smart enough to know until they settle the business and get the longer term financing in place it will be difficult to pay any "substantial" directors fee's (not saying they arent entitled.)
The coastal directors do work with the local directors as they do have a vested interest in things coming out the right way.
Nexif need a reason to get shareholders angry and vote him on the board.
I know what Matthew didnt say in his letter, that if he is voted onto the board he will not take directors fees!
