. For those holders who think their NO vote would be insignificant, think again. Every vote counts and a high return rate from all holders, irrespective of the size of their holding, is the only way the NO vote will get through. Looks like the VAN deal is going nowhere quickly, except for the Directors offering them more of our money. The glimmer of hope on the horizon was Aurigin Food but if the Directors get their way, that will go, with very little benefit to Shareholders ..... and they want us to fund that too! The rot must stop. There isn't any and hasn't been any core business happening with DAU for years, however there has been two years work, at the Shareholder's expense, to develop what could be a great opportunity for shareholders to realise some value from their investment. But no, the Directors want the majority of that too.
Vote NO ..... and send your form off asap.​
