proxy form details

We all have to make sure our "NO"( Against) votes count.

So make sure you fill out your proxy form properly before sending back to Ferrier Hodgson.

In the top box you need to enter the name exactly as it is for your share holding/s.

Then if you are voting Against (Ie A "NO" Vote) to Resolutions 1 to 4 then tick each of the 4 boxes for Against. Do not tick any other boxes.

Then sign and send to Ferrier Hodgson. But no rush just yet. It only needs to reach them by 15th June 2010.

NOTE: We have not arranged a common Proxy Name yet for shareholders but may be able to advise on one soon. So unless you have your own leave that blank at this stage. We hope to provide a common Proxy Name soon, which you can then enter in the space provided before sending your form back to Ferrier Hodgson. Also we hope to get some advise out to shareholders soon which will be well beyond the reach of HC.

Also remember if you realise you have filled your proxy form out incorrectly and already sent it you can call Ferrier Hodgson and arrange to recall it and do it again.
