Just wanted to post an update to the previous post.

We are not able to confirm a proxy(someone to vote on your behalf)that will be attending 17th June meeting at this stage.

However thats not so important, and you can leave that section blank. Just make sure you tick a box for Resolutions 1 to 4.

As long as you fill the form in correctly as per the previous post and send to Ferrier Hodgson to reach them on or before 15th June, thats the most important thing.

Your voting preference will then be properly recorded by Ferrier Hodgson.

Just keep a record of how you voted for future reference.
