Hi Geffa.

Thanks for keeping this idea alive.

I think Kevrow replied that he (or a mate) would be willing to take proxy votes against the various trough-snouting proposals some of us would like to oppose.

If there's anyone else going to the meeting who is opposed to these proposals and who is willing to give their full name so we can give them our proxies, then you may as well let us know as well.

One thing we must be careful of is that someone in favour of the proposals could put their name forward on this forum, accept our proxy votes and then not turn up! As Kevrow said, other posts of his demonstrate that he is not happy with things, so we can assume he will do the right thing.

We will need a name to nominate on our forms though. Hotcopper aliases won't be legal :-)

I might be willing to reconsider my position if some very good news comes out before the meeting and the share price doubles, but even then I think what they're asking for is mighty cheeky.
