Says there is a problem with asx listed company culture
Don't ask the tough questions
Don't rock the boat
Shareholders especially funds keep the status quo instead of taking action
Directors have no skin in the game
And prefer investor lunches to fixing operational problems
All while looking after their careers rather than the company and shareholders
