The Proxy Form that I have just received from NKP states in the Resolution....
" ……..the Amalgamation Agreement be hereby approved and adopted subject to any modifications, additions or conditions as the Independent Directors may in their absolute discretion determine and approve."
NKP Directors expect Minorities to entrust them to look after our interests?
Remind me again :
1. Who appointed these Independent Directors?
2. What relationship past or present do they have with Zijin or its associated companies?
As other posters have asked...… if the vote fails and Zijin wishes to exit NKP will it accept 10cents per share? I am sure we can find a buyer for their 542m shares.
