Can I ask a silly question here.... why are we now voting on any of this? ANS has has advised that certainly for the time being they are not able to complete the conditions of their deal with WAPRC and this in turn means ANS cannot complete their deal with SDL! Am I missing something here? Or are we still voting for this so it can go ahead when (or rather IF) ANS get their side of the deal done? Tell me am I missing anything?
ALSO... just wondering if ANS is still paying SDL whatever monthly figure (was it $300,000)... or will that fall by the wayside.
I have always been hopeful ANS & SDL would complete this deal.... maybe they still will (though after 2 years now getting skeptical). Are we better off as shareholders now to just let this fall away, get relisted with no ties to the uncertainty of this deal and let the market do what the market does?
So many questions.. my head is hurting!
