I think some people here didn’t read the resolution. It is the aggregate amount to increase to 700k. They are not paying each director 700k each. They want to increase the pool as it sounds like they want to expand the board with the up coming expansion. Currently they spend 300k for all the salaries and they want to hire a larger BOD so need 700k. It is not outrageous at all IMO.
