    I have sent though my proxy forms voting AGAINST all resolutions.

    Now its up to McNeil and Co to get a better offer out of Shen.

    Im still adamant that McNeil are in a position to influence the outcome on their own and the more proxy's that vote NO, the better.

    Come on Shen. Listen to shareholders and UP YOUR OFFER!!
