Don't know of the Andrew Mason who has put his name down for election to the Hardman board thru the Proxy voting form, but reading thru the proxy voting form the directors don't want him in, I can't believe that the existing directors are frightened of an outsider, how pathetic. This clearly stinks of a "job for the boys only " at Hardman, maybe too much in breeding, time will tell.
On the other hand I don't know Andrew Mason, he might a knight in shinning armour or maybe just looking after himself.
Which ever way you look at it, we have to make our votes count as the Chairman intends to vote undirected proxies in favour of the Chairman.
