As per the FoCR Web Site info we are working on the proxy name that shareholders can use and will try to advise before the end of this week. Keep an eye on the FoCR Web Site and we will update ASAP.
If you are unsure how to vote or just prefer FoCR to vote on your behalf take the next few days to read the notice of meeting and YA Global (Revised) DOCA Proposal so you understand as much as possible what is being proposed and we should be able to advise on the proxy name by the end of this week or early next week. Still plenty of time to complete your proxy/voting form and return to the address shown on the enclosed envelope/form.
