Suggest one has a close look at Mr Zohar's stable of companies and what looks to be a giant sh*t fight errupting in every corner of this utterly cash strapped empire.

This evening's announcement by ENL that it lent $740,000 to aluminex on 17 November 2008 and then on 21/11 two dissenting directors appointed an administrator without the board's consent (now replete with Zohars- Husband, wife and daughter) and of course the two disenters are being lined up for removal at the AGM. Aluminex is the one the ASX is so embarrassed about, it listed to find that they had uncleared funds and so promptly suspended itself and will now return all funds (or will it????) Of course what is even more interesting is that the loan advanced by ENL is greater than the funds on hand as per ENL's 5B at 30/9. So how is ENL running, on an overdraft. Very easy things for mining companies to obtain these days.

But of course look at the stable...IRM, RVR, ENL, Terrain, Aluminex, UOG, rock solid blue chip mining companies and look at the cash positions....common auditor to all BDO, so going concern issues looming large no doubt at 31/12/2008 if indeed that day ever arrives.

But of course it is reassuring to see that these companies have been paying so well for talented directors who have so abley steered these ventures. By my reckoning cash salaries fees and super for DZ amongst all of these was over $520k in 2008. Great whilst it lasts.
