As this was a resolution subject to SH vote was it not incumbent on TNG, under ASX rules to clearly inform such SH of the potential ramifications to the SP of not extending the Repayment Date?
IMO the presence of a threat or otherwise appears subjective depending on someone's potential bias or interpretation.
