Kicking and screaming like a Trump is probably how PB wants to end this. No grace or true respect to what shareholders want. Arrogant and disgraceful. BE GONE ALREADY. And the pay cut they took while covid was happening was compensated with shares that were at a very low price caused by current management. So further diluting value. That is not in shareholders interests or a pay cut anyway you look at it. Much more strong language is needed to describe the current board.
