The chances of a "no" vote getting up are slim, but for what it is worth I have just voted my 150,000 "against". This is having read the explanatory Memo, and followed all the threads in this forum.

To all those who say it is a "no brainer", there is only one way to vote and that is "for", I think you are wrong.

One reason, amongst many, for my vote is that (based on performance thus far) I will be voting the opposite to anything this current management recommends. In this I hope I represent a large silent percentage, sufficient to can the whole scheme of arrangement proposal.

Will failure to get the scheme of arrangement up, end up being bad for the share price in the short term, you better believe it, but I no longer care and believe in the long term it will be beneficial.

So to all those who think combination with NABI is a given, don't count your chickens before they hatch!
