    I voted yes.

    My belief is that UNS one day will be a $1+B USD company.  A RS won't change that.

    Additionally according to Investopedia:

    "A secondary benefit of a reverse split is that by reducing the shares outstanding and share float, the stock becomes harder to borrow, making it difficult for short sellers to short the stock. The limited liquidity may also widen the bid-ask spread, which in turn deters trading and short selling."


    Over the past year the company has changed its management team, restructured their debt, whacked the R&D budget, obtained a strategic partner, and arranged significant funding. They now need to establish a time frame in which meaningful product sales will be occur. A RS is not a magic bullet but if you combine the all the above then a RS will help stabilize the SP and keep UNS from being delisted.
