    Nope. Doesn't answer it. If I have $1m of shares I'm prepared to lend out to 'shorters' and the company does the RS... I STILL have $1m of shares I'm happy to lend at whatever the interest/fees are before the RS.

    Please. Somebody show us how this actually works.
