Voting AGAINSTS resolution 4a 4b won't put GUN in jeopardy. If shareholders vote this down, GUN, will not, I repeat will not need to pay the money back. What you said was very naive & shows you know little about this issue. Stop using unjustified scare tactics please.

What is does mean however if that GUN will not be able to issue any more shares for the next 12 months. This is a better scenario as GUN will need to think outside the square to raise funds?

Perhaps
- sell a tenament or two(incl shallow copper)
- sell down a larger stake of coburn so that they don't need to raise any capital from shareholder
- perhaps put the whole company up for sale (this would definetely be a better option than a DH $40m equity raising at 8c)
