Interesting. See from the explanatory memoradum to the AGM announcement that Resolution 5 is required by the corporations Act after more than 25% rejected the remuneration report last year.
It's not a fait accompli that the dirextors would all be gone. Probably the opposite but itcould be messy process to get to that point.
Reality is though that they have contributed to the dissatisfaction through failure to get deals done on Coburn.
