Could someone please clarify for me exactly how I should fill out my proxy voting form if I wish my votes to count against the ratification of resolutions 11 through 17.
If I tick the "for" boxes in the "Abstain" list then the chair, (my proxy) will just abstain from voting and my votes will not be counted in a poll. If I tick the "against" boxes then the chair will just vote in favour of all resolutions..............I'm a little confused.
