I dont disagree. But my experience doing business around the globe in a Fortune Top 50 as a senior VP.
1) When you give something for free, it has not perceived value to the person that receives it so loses the intention..
2) You need to put a package together that rewards incremental improvement and not status quo..
3) 310k is a good baseline and a good salary in Australia. I agree Wayne looks to be above this and is why I do promote an incentive but one in perspective that is win-win for shareholder and management team.
As I said before I intend to vote Yes for the rest of the team because I believe they worked hard to get us hear. Without Mofe we would be nowhere.
So for me, as I said and given my views above, I vote NO for the 0.01c options and yes for the 25M Incentives. This should put significant money in his pocket if he can get the shareprice to its true value.
