I dont believe past experience is is a strong indicator of future success in the exploration game. We are seeing so called smart and experienced boards failing miserably all over atm.
One reason is that they obsessively hang on to these obscene salaries and perks while continually diluting the shareholders down to paltry market caps.
I'm not happy with the options. We need a change of mindset on mining salaries.
