Seriously? Look at the crap they've dished up so far, diluted, then dilute. Management are supposed to manage holders interest not smash into oblivion.
They recently advised idsb $80k revenue for August and isentric doing well. Isentric revenue is gold at approx $2m per Q, but the loan cost couldn't be paid and now they propose to dilute to pay the interest, l think you're kidding yourself If you think they've a plan to give holders anything, l seriously think they'll consolidate to wipe out all the retail holders. Let's see.
Ps, they key question is whether they relist or go private, l suspect the latter.
