Also, if you email Adam from Cornhill (the ones opposing the takeover) all you need to do is advise you are willing to have your name included on the register of "No Voters" and that your broker (them) will vote on your behalf.

Not exactly sure of this, but from the ongoing correspondence I have had with him, this is all it seems I need to do.

From what I can gather, they have the numbers to block it anyway.
