I cannot disagree with you. My hard position is that the new 249d should run, as while what happened was not illegal, the appointment of NS to my mind was unethical, especially as they should have known the vote situation.
However, we have trod water long enough. If key stakeholders can find a path to work together to deliver some value, the pragmatic side of me says why waste time and resources. Destroying what remains for the sake of ego and vengeance is as silly as voting the old board back in to my mind.
If the 249d is withdrawn, and I believe that is not yet certain, I believe both NS and PM need to offer themselves for reelection at the AGM due by 31 July, as they filled casual vacancies. So they have only a short time to prove themselves, if the anger of holders persist and no progress is visable.
