I hope all the nuff nuffs that voted for this shonky deal can now see the stupidity of their actions. Weiss and Carrousel get >$1.50 per share, the same shares we were not given option of selling at the same price, and that are now worth less than $1.10 on the open market, with a 25% drop since the vote.
