This offer is "opportunistic" at best and substantially undervalues ALL ASSETS (and potential) of the company.

Additionally, I'm frightened by the prospect of Scook & McInerney gaining control over the company, ESPECIALLY in light of the destruction of SH value M presided over during his tenure at the helm and as outlined in the Chairman's ltr to SHs.

Another substantial parcel here voting AGAINST all resolutions.

Let us hope we can put this saga behind us and managament can concentrate on what is most important to all of us as SHs: working towards a JORC target by the end of the yr and increasing SH wealth.

The potential Chinese investors should have completed their visit to the sites by now so we should expect some news on that within the next few weeks as well.
