With US stocks imploding over night while the debt ceiling soap opera plays on without resolution, it will be interesting to see whether the psychological support that has been fluttering around 28 cents will hold...
When multi-billions get wiped off US exchanges, auto-trading systems around the globe rebalance and follow the herd to sell off like their techno-bro-bots eveywhere else - will human hands be stepping in to kill off auto-sells on PRR today, or will auto-balancing take this psycho-darling down with all the rest?
While US politicians continue fostering this abysmal trading environment as they play chicken over the debt ceiling, PRR needs to step-up with some positive news to reverse us out of the global sell-down trend - some VERY positive news
