Yes that was the ratio 30:1 when the company was looking to list on the Nasdaq our share price was 10cents. Now that our share price has gone up the ratio has changed to 12/13 to 1 as at today. I spoke to company secretary about the stock at the End of February and told me about the ratio.
The company wants the price to go down so it looks more enticing for US Investors. However at the same time over the last few weeks the price has been to .24 / .26 cents and then goes back down to .205.
What seems to be happening is the company buys more shares when they are low and the investor jumps in and then sell thems when they are high. So you the investor sell off making a nice little revenue for them.
I purchase 1000000 shares when they were .03cents originally. And another 1000000 when they were .08 cents when your money your call mention the stock and they jump from .05 cents to 12 cents. I hope they continue to rise but I believe they will come back big time before the list on the Nasdaq.
